4. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION AND RIGHTS

1. Ordinary Membership is open to all individuals who are engaged in the acting profession in Singapore .
2. Associate Membership is open to all individuals who have an interest in the promotion of the arts and the acting profession in Singapore .
3. Visiting Membership is open to foreign actors who act in local or joint productions in Singapore on ad-hoc basis.
4. Only Ordinary Members who are above 21 years of age shall have the right to vote and hold office in the Association.
5. Student membership is open to students who are training as actors in institutions such as LaSalle-SIA College of the Arts, the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and the National University of Singapore Theatre Studies programme.

5. APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. A person wishing to join the Society should submit his particulars to the Secretary on a prescribed form.
2. The committee will decide on the application for membership.
3. A copy of the Constitution shall be furnished to every approved member upon payment of the entrance fee.
